Windows 10: F2 & F6 keys don't work

Hi folks!I have a Raider GE76 with Windows 11 Home. As stated, my F2 & F6 keys don't work on standard use.This computer has MSI-center, which is supposed to help, but I don't see how it will help restore these keys to function. I can use the Fn-keys, and the F6-key has a target...crosshair....which "works" on Fn use. But Fn-F2 still does diddly squat. It looks like the Fn key of F2 swaps displays, but i'm not using alt displays. I've tried booting into BIOS, but I got lost. I didn't see any means, when there, of resetting the F2 & F6 keys. F1 F2 F3 not a single is working

My f1 f2 f3 f4 f5 f6 f7 f8 f9 f10 f11 f12 any of these keys is not working. My laptop had windows 7 professional but I upgraded to Windows 10 using Media Creation Tool. Please suggest some solutions.

Only able to use function keys F3 to F6

I've recently encountered an unusual issue with my Keychron K8 keyboard on a Windows 11 system. For some reason, I am only able to use the F3 to F6 function keys directly. To use the rest of the function keys (F1, F2, F7-F12), I need to press them in combination with another key (for example, "S + F2"). This problem persists even when booting the computer in Safe Mode, suggesting that it's not caused by third-party software interference. However, when I tested the keyboard on another computer, all the function keys functioned correctly.
