Windows 10: Gaming laptop stuck on restart screen

I just got a new gaming laptop the msi gf63 thin and i accidently pressed restart instead of shut down and now its been on a black screen that says updates are underway and its been about an 1 hour or 2 and i tried turning it off and tried pressing ctrl alt dlt at the same time and nothing works so anybody got any suggestions

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

 

Stuck on restarting screen

It's really odd that your computer doesn't continue to restart and even got stuck on the restarting screen. However, since you're using a laptop, we suggest that you remove and put the battery back in your laptop, then boot it up again. Once your computer
boots up completely, we suggest that you restart your computer and see if the issue persists.

Stuck on Restarting Screen

Hi

I have a Lenovo YOGA 910-13IKB laptop and its stuck on the blue restarting screen.

I’ve read some of the suggested fixes but they don’t appear to work.

Is there info on current options that may work for this type of computer
