Windows 10: Looking for help to update HP Laptop with Windows 10 - 22H2

The laptop is HP Notebook - 15-ac153ca HPWindows update 22H2 will not update. Current Windows Version is 1909. Other updates work and are installed. I am trying to update a friend's laptop. I have tried virtually everything I could find. I also tried to reinstall / update windows and it will not install and reverts back. I get this message after windows 10 failure: "We couldn't Install Windows 10. We've set your PC back to the way it was before you started installing Windows 10. OxC1900-101 - 0x30018. The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_SPECIA

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update. Try to run the troubleshooter and check.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box and hit
  Enter.
• Select View all from the left pane and select Power.
• Follow the on-screen troubleshooter and try the steps.
