Windows 10: CLiP license id does not match the device in the bound device license,

i get this error whenever i try to play any games from Microsoft. i just bought this new computer and after updating it i cant play anything. I've tried resetting the apps, and logging out of the accounts. and doing commands and spamming the application but nothing works.

CLip License device does not match the device ID in the bound device license.

I am getting error when trying to download game, it is not working. Can you please tell me the solution for this error CLip License device does not match the device ID in the bound device license.

Replaced Mobo and CPU and now when I try to play a game from the game pass I get a prompt saying

"CLiP license id does not match the device in the bound device license"

I used to have windows 10 but I bought a new windows 11 key and did a fresh install of windows.

Iv signed out of windows stores and game pass, made sure my game pass account is link to the same Microsoft account.

I recently was having issues with my computer where it was freezing up alot and ended up running a factory reset. When I went to download and run the launcher for Minecraft I recieve this message:

CLiP license device ID does not match the device ID in the bound device License.

I had no issues running and playing minecraft before, and haven't been able to figure out why this is happening. any help to fix the issue would be welcome
