Windows 10: A remote procedure call RPC error occurred

Hello! I have an old network driverepotec RP-NA210, i can log in on it fro my old laptop with windows xp , but if i log in from my computer on windows 10 \\192.168.1.1.... i get that error , that i have not permission and rpc protocol error. I can log in intoo settings on it and set up them , i think all i have done correctly . But i get an errorWhat i should do? Help please

I can't change any setting under Power Options on Control Panel. It shows:

I have checked and all the RPC-related services are running and set to Automatic startup.

Also, entering "powercfg /restoredefaultschemes" on command prompt (with Admin rights) returns the following error:

"Unable to perform operation. An unexpected error (0x6e6) has occurred: An internal error occurred in a remote procedure call (RPC)"

I also tried running "sfc /scannow" and, as a last resort, importing "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\" from another notebook, to no success.

What else could it be? I can't even change my notebook's backlight brightness anymore.

On target computer, change these services from manual start (or disabled) to automatic start (no delay), restart target computer and check that they are all running, then try again:

• Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
• Remote Access Connection Manager
• Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
• Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Locator
• Remote Registry
• Windows Remote Management

To help resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R on your keyboard.
  
• Type services.msc and hit enter.
  
• Look for "Remote Procedure Call" and make sure that the status says "Started".
  
• Right-click on "Remote Procedure Call" and choose Properties.
  
• Under Startup type, select Automatic.
  
• Click Start, Apply, and hit OK.
  
• On the Second "Remote Procedure Call (RPC Locator)", set it to
  Manual.
  
• Restart your computer.
