    PC spinning with nothing


    My PC keeps spinning after windows logo and nothing. Im sitting here for hours now and still spinning. I got the update yesterday and install it. It is successful and I shutdown the computer but now it is not loading at all.

    For us to be able to assess the issue, kindly provide information and answers to these questions below:

    1. Current version of your Windows 10 operating system
    2. Did you used to have any existing issues with your PC prior to restoring? Also, did you mean
      Restore Point or Reset PC?
    3. Full PC specification
    4. What are the troubleshooting steps you have performed so far?
    5. Screenshot of the desktop that shows the spinning circle

    In the mean time, I would suggest performing Clean Boot and see if the issue persists. Get back to us with the outcome by replying to this thread so I will be notified.

    PC Build Steps

    Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??
